Our Rates

eCollect.com.au will assess each new assignment individually using the following general guidlelines:

• we do not have upfront fees. We charge commission on recoveries only;
  
• we must be provided with current contact details for the debtor. If you do not have current contact details for the debtor, our location searcher can search for you (location searching)
  
• providing us with multiple debts will lower the commission rate;
  
• larger debts will lower the commission rate;
  
• older debts will raise the commission rate;
  
• certain industries have particular difficulties associated with collection e.g. the building and clothing industries have higher level of debtors becoming insolvent.
