No collection, no charge is what we will apply to the collection of your ledger of debts. Our compensation depends solely on our ability to collect money from your debtors.

Court filing fees, service fees, and solicitors professional fees incurred in the process of issuing a summons (Statement of Claim) and subsequently enforcing your claim are added to the debt and are legally recoverable as part of the amount claimed from the debtor. The fee is paid in full along with any other disbursements and is deducted from the first payment each individual debtor makes.

As an accounting service, we only charge a commission on the pro-rata collection of each account’s original debt and accrued interest. Debt collection commission structures (ranging from 40% to 5%) are negotiated based on the age, size, and the number of debts to be collected.
